Online Classes ~
All classes are online via Zoom. A yoga mat is needed for Modified Ashtanga and Gentle Yoga and also ideal for Face Yoga classes (a meditation cushion for these classes is also super handy!) For classes that incorporate Face Yoga, clean hands and face is a must with a little moisturiser or preferably serum on hand. Please wear comfortable clothing to allow for movement. Gentle Yoga with Face Yoga ~ Every Monday Group Class 8-8.45pm

We start with a gentle seated yoga practice to release neck, back and shoulder tension for improved posture, balance, co-ordination and body awareness.
Conscious breathing techniques to help calm the mind and may incorporate mudras, affirmations, visualisation, intentions setting and using crystals.
Facial exercises to help lift, tone and firm and provide awareness and understanding of habits that may be forming, to minimise or soften developing lines and wrinkles. We learn to relax and train the facial muscles accordingly.
Facial massage to boost circulation and lymph flow for detoxification, and boost collagen and elastin for healthy, glowing skin.
Eye tracking techniques to activate the vagus nerve and sooth the nervous system.
Facial acupressure and energy work to increase the flow of subtle energy, help relieve tension and promote an overall feeling of wellbeing for that radiant glow.
Modified Ashtanga (Based on the Primary Series) ~ TBA 7-8.15pm

The generation of heat starts with Sun Salutations A and B (a total of 8) then we move on to the standing sequence where your balance will be challenged and you will learn an understanding of how to work with the forces of gravity, and the simultaneous rooting and rising energies within the body. Balance is more than just not falling over and it’s not about the external appearance of the posture but rather the internal level of balance achieved on both a physical and mental plane.
The next half of my sequence is made up of floor based postures that will extend and flex the spine to keep it healthy as well as ‘massaging’ and energising the internal organs. This is followed by the finishing sequence that will include an inversion (think relaxing legs in the air rather than headstand but you’re welcome to go for that too!) and will also slow down the breath ready for you to enjoy that blissful state of relaxation of body and mind.

One to one sessions are tailored to your unique needs, once we have carried out a consultation which may take up to one hour. Times as agreed.
Whether you’d like to improve posture/facial posture, target specific areas of tension, or enhance overall wellbeing, these personalised sessions allow us to focus on what matters most to you.
Options to combine; gentle yoga with face yoga ~ a gentle, yin-inspired yoga practice ~ a crystal meditation and guided visualisation ~ or one to one guidance based on a modified Ashtanga Primary Series practice.
