Face Yoga embraces this balance by nurturing not just the appearance of our skin, but our entire sense of self. The gentle, intentional touch encourages us to connect with our skin in a loving and kind way, which can promote relaxation and reduce stress. This mindful touch helps to release tension, improve circulation and boost our skin’s natural glow. Face Yoga is self-care and connection, deepening our awareness and encouraging a compassionate relationship with ourselves.

I’m passionate about helping others feel confident in their own skin and not feel pressure to look a certain way but to appreciate and celebrate our uniqueness.

All of my classes are suitable for any age or experience and having spent many years juggling a corporate job with raising a family, I know how hard it is to carve out that much needed time for yourself. I wanted my classes to be as accessible as possible and incorporate an upper body yoga practice to counteract the excessive use of screens and devices. Tension builds in the shoulders, neck, jaw and face and often we don’t notice until we’re in chronic discomfort or we’ve noticed the lines and furrows in our faces.
